· Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

· Installing and Administrating Azure cloud, SaaS applications, office 365 and exchange online.

· Working on Active Directory accounts, DNS DHCP and File System.

· Administrating and Maintenance All Servers (SQL Server,SharePoint,Dynamic-AX,Dynamic CRM, Symantec Antivirus server and Sophos intercept X, Veeam Backup Solution).

· Managing infrastructure (server HW, Microsoft windows server OS, Microsoft Exchange server, E-mail gateway, security systems, ERP Server, communication devices (VoIP, Cisco or Avaya call manager).

· Selecting the best possible solutions using knowledge of a wide range of available technologies.

· Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.

· Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

· Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools

· Installing and administrating virtual machines using virtualization technologies especially VMware and Hyper-V

· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

· Managing multi-authentication systems & VPN, WAN and telecommunication systems

· Monitor system backup procedures, perform system repairs and update software operating systems.

· configuring and Managing Cisco L2 & L3 switches, routers, Cisco ASA, VPN.

· Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

· Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

· Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies like as Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam and Acronis.

· Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

· Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

· Provide training sessions for end users, investigate and resolves routine hardware and communications problems.

· Installation of CCTV System, IP Cameras and Maintenance.
